HR @ Words is a function of Emoluments, Environment and Education. At Words, the People's Practice is evolved to ensure:-

  • Periodical open door sessions - intra departmental, inter departmental, and across hierarchies to allow each team member to resolve problems, provide suggestions, seek information and even complain. In addition, "Caravan", the Intranet @ Words weaves a Company wide web that bridges all information and hierarchical gaps.
