WORDS is a successful progression of a free-lance activity growing into a business organization of which Jagruti had been one of the pillars right from its inception. One of the founder promoters of the Company, Jagruti provided the initial free-lancing subtitling team of two members, the biggest edge over other free-lancers with her multilingual capabilities. In between both of them they handled seven Indian languages (Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati and Bhojpuri) all of which she is proficient in. Juggling between her domestic and business responsibilities with three toddlers in tow, she successfully multi-tasked her work between translation, organization building and her domestic duties doing long hours (18 and more) of work for weeks at a stretch. With a natural flair for administration she has been instrumental in raising the seed and initial working capital for a business that grew at a scorching pace right from its inception and continues to be the main organization builder.

Dev was among the first Key Management Personnel to join the business and has grown into becoming one of the pillars of Operational Strengths. Forever calm and composed despite near impossible deadline pressures, he continues to be the key balancing factor among all things contradictory – employee and supplier issues, customer demands, quality management and to top them all, demanding last minute delivery schedules of various media networks and content distributors. With a background of experience with Telcos and IT Companies like Hutchinson Max, Compaq and IBM, he single handedly handled all operations in WORDS since 2006 and now heads the Post Production Vertical of the Company while continuing to be the Chief Conflict Resolver of the Company.

Although Sanjeev joined WORDS in full time capacity in 2006, he has remained associated with it right from its early days representing one of its early customers. With a keen understanding of a customer’s content requirements, he has been instrumental in developing many marquee clients for Words. His initiatives ensured that from being a small time sub-contract business totally dependent on various post production studios and middle-vendors, the Company has emerged as the preferred Service and Solutions providers to companies that require customized solutions built around content management. He continues to head the Business Development functions for the Company. Prior to joining Words, Sanjeev worked for UTV, Rajtaru, VGP and Sony Entertainment Television and had also handled localization projects of more than 5000 cumulative hours of content for media networks and companies like NGC, The History Channel, Walt Disney, Star, Sony Entertainment Television, Discovery, Zee, Venus Films, Sagar Arts, Nimbus Communications, Cartoon Network, Shemaroo, Eagle Video, etc.

Sanjeet joined Words in May 2008. Being one of the most sought after dubbing director for Hindi for Hollywood releases in India, he has directed localization of more than 50 top titles in Indian languages for Hollywood Studios like 20th Century Fox, Walt Disney and Warner Brothers and more than 10000 hours of content for media networks like Nickelodeon, Burbank Classic Cartoons, Discovery, Star, Walt Disney, Turner and Sony Entertainment Channel. He also produced and directed 2 movies in association with Uttaranchal Film Corporation (a government of Uttaranchal undertaking). He presently heads the Content Localization (Language Dubbing) and Audio Verticals of the Company and had also worked for Crest Communications, Home TV and Sony Entertainment Channel.

After a long innings with UTV Motion Pictures, where he handled release and distribution of more than 25 movies, Suresh joined Words in 2008 and now plays a key role in its Post Production Vertical and Business Development across all its Verticals. Prior to UTV, he had worked for CBS Gramophone Records and Tapes, Tips and HMV.

Although Radhika resumed her portfolio with WORDS in June 2008, she is a veteran in languages and subtitling. Having completed her education from University of Pennsylvania and Oxford University, she brings in an international perspective to the Company, already a key global player aiming to become the world leader in its space. CEO and Founder of Media Soft Digital P Limited, now merged with WORDS INFOCOM LIMITED, she has been catering to US and UK companies, media networks and content distributors since 2002 for their subtitling, closed captioning and business transcription requirements.

Her work experience with international organizations and multinationals makes her a systems and process oriented leader and she has been instrumental in the Company's process-driven growth within Content Localization. She now spearheads the Company's initiatives in international markets, with a particular focus on North America, South America, Australia and Europe.

The vision that fuels the growth engine of Words originates from its source through its founder A. J. Sharma. This media shy entrepreneur paradoxically operating in the M&E space prefers to work behind the scenes, and is the chief visionary who dreams of and visualizes the Company to be the world’s largest and the most successful company in Total Convergence space and continues to lead the organization towards its goal. As co-founder-promoter of WORDS, he identified the tremendous opportunity ahead in the field of multilingual content localization in the present times of globalization and convergence. He worked from scratch to bring the Company to a level where it has reached today and looks forward to continue to do so in years to come. With a blend of hands-on experience ranging from Information and Business Technology, Business Promotion, Literature and Finance, his wish-list includes providing employment opportunities to more than a million professionals and leveraging technology to establish and successfully manage 100,000 studio hospitals and education centers all over India.
