Understand various business activities and document the various policies, workflows, procedures, checklists, reports and MIS with an objective to increase efficiency and standardize procedures for each unit in consultation with the team, management and reference from best industry practices. |

|
Plan, develop and implement strategy and programs for training and development. |
| |
|
Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external service provider/s and document user manuals wherever necessary. |

|
Identify, select and manage external training and accreditation bodies, agencies and service providers necessary to deliver required training of appropriate standards. |
| |
|
Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery. |

Plan and deliver training courses personally where necessary to augment those provided externally or internally by others. |
