and Values. We live them. For us honesty, integrity, truthfulness, confidentiality,
respect of customer's trust and confidence, pursuit of excellence, are not just
empty statements but a way of life. For us ethics and values are time-invariant
and context-invariant. While
some organizations embrace and unflinchingly stand by values from incubation.
Some gradually learn the long term benefits of these principles along the way
while most of them still "use" them as mere decorative statements. However,
being in a profession where WORDS are the basic premise of all happenings, for
us, every WORD is sacred. In India, we have forever placed utmost importance to
WORDS. A divine blessing or boon has been called as VACHAN (Meaning: Spoken Word).
It signifies that just a spoken word is equivalent to a Divine Promise of Wish
Fulfillment. Our
